The Company was registered to carry on the Business of Import and Export of Agricultural Commodities and Act as Manufacturers, Importers, Suppliers in all Machinery, Plant, Hardware, Tools, Implements and Instruments and to engage in any or all of the activities of producing, supplying, preserving, processing, storing, distributing and marketing farm produce and products, apparatus, materials and things capable of being used in agriculture and agribusiness.
